I hold a master’s degree in chiropractic, specialising in neurology and human performance, and have spent over 15 years working 1:1 with thousands of people—from high performers and entrepreneurs to those simply looking to gain clarity, resilience, and new direction. My background as a chiropractor has given me deep experience in helping people break through limitations, shift ingrained patterns, and create lasting change.
My work combines evidence-based techniques—such as breathwork, focus training, and nervous system regulation—with strategies to rewire thinking and build long-term resilience. This approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how real transformation happens—not just in theory, but in practice.
I’ve built and successfully run my own clinic, worked with leaders in neuroscience and human performance, and led high-impact, fully remote training for a global start-up, helping teams develop focus, resilience, and peak mental performance in high-pressure environments.
