My background as a chiropractor has given me deep experience in helping people break through limitations, shift ingrained patterns, and create lasting change. Specialising in neurology and human performance, I’ve spent over 15 years working 1:1 with clients – from high performers and entrepreneurs to those simply looking to gain clarity, resilience, and new direction.
